To be an organization that creates universal respect rooted in the value of the human person. Our vision for social justice is founded in the pursuit of 股本 and inclusion for all to thrive in a diverse and global society.

Through the adoption of a homegrown framework for community 文化, we will strive to ensure there is full and equitable participation of 所有的学生, 教职员工 that is mutually shaped to meet their needs at Carroll.

The "iRespect You" Campaign at 威尼斯游戏大厅 epitomizes the institution's Ethos (Respect, 完整性, and Stewardship) rooted in the goal of being a socially just organization. It seeks to cultivate a 文化 where every individual continues to know they are 有价值的, 庆祝, 和见过. 通过促进理解和对话, the campaign not only enhances campus life but encourages students, 教师, and staff to know that we rise by lifting others. 

校园气候报告
威尼斯游戏大厅 is committed to cultivating and sustaining a safe, 欢迎, and inclusive living and learning environment for every member of our campus community. The 校园 Climate Response Protocol advances this commitment by providing a mechanism by which individuals may report incidents of real or perceived bias, 排除, or in股本 and seek support through campus resources in addressing those concerns.

激励计划
The 激励计划 is for students from partner organizations who are uniquely preparing students for college. Inspire Scholars receive individualized support, 学术支持, and sociocultural 编程 designed to promote their access, 保留, graduation from college and leadership in their communities. This program is open to 40 incoming students each year.

The 社区文化办事处 provides leadership and a collaborative university-wide approach to internationalize through its work around immigration, campus-wide 编程 and cultural support and services for F-1 students and international 教职员工.

Helping our current students realize their true potential is at the heart of everything we do. We’re equally committed to younger students interested in learning more about college and providing them with the tools they need to prepare for the next step in their education.
